It started as an Instagram series, where I'd showcase one dish from one region of Italy at a time, built around a simple mission: to prove that Italian food is so much more than pasta, pizza, and tiramisu. Every region has its own ingredients, techniques, and traditions, most of which never make it onto the menus people think of as "Italian."

The series drew attention online, and what began as an experiment, just to see if my followers actually wanted to sit down and eat the food I was showing them, and turned into a monthly appointment. Now, Flavours of Italy brings that same regional storytelling off the screen and onto the table, one dinner at a time.
